What Training Level do You Need to Be Part of This Website? 

Advanced beginner or intermediate level. 

You have to be able to endure at least 12-15 push ups and 20-25 bodyweight squats in order to perform the workouts included here. 

ATTENTION

If you are a complete beginner, this is not the right place for you. The interval training, circuit workouts and too intense routines that will seriously challenge your heart work are not recommended for people out of shape. 

Take this seriously because the interval workouts can be even dangerous for the highly overweight people with health issues. 

It is from critical importance for us to be on the same page here. Otherwise, I will not be held responsible for your actions and decisions. 

Try my workouts only if you are at least familiar with your body and you're in bad health.

Consult With Your Personal Doctor or Chyropracter or any other health professional that will decide if the interval workouts, circuit training workouts and high-effort cardio workouts prior trying these.
