Massage Your Feet With a Golf Ball

A fit body requires healthy feet. 

The bottom of each foot has tough fascia covering (a thin sheath of fibrous tissue protecting muscles). 

The fascia goes from the bottom of your feet, through your calves, hamstrings, glutes, low-back, middle back, upper back and neck! 

This covering becomes stiff over time, leading to issues starting at the foot and can extend up the entire posterior chain. 

So when you massage the fascia in your feet, your whole posterior chain gets stimulated.

Why is that important to you, you ask?

It Has:

  • More than 150, 000 nerve endings.
  • Is made up of 26 bones and 33 joints.
  • Has more than 100 soft tissue structures (muscles, tendons, ligaments).

Here’s a surefire remedy for back pain and stiffness. I was shown by Dr. Chad Waterbury, when my back needed some TLC (Tender, Loving, Care) after a particularly strenuous basketball game.

I was not convinced it would work when he told me about it, but was an ardent believer after trying it out.

It’s really strange how, when you massage the bottoms of your feet the tightness in your whole back is relieved.

Regularly perform this simple and enjoyable exercise and you’ll have healthy feet and relieve any stiffness along your posterior chain.

All you have to do is Massage each foot with a golf ball for 1-2 minutes every morning. Focusing on the tightest areas of the feet.

Include the drill before running or jumping, and If you feel tight in evening after a long day, hit the drill again. Guaranteed you’ll feel relaxed & refreshed.
